Four-step Corrective Exercise Process:

After a posture & movement assessment, we will work on my four-step Corrective Exercise Process:

  1. Soft-tissue therapy - releasing tension in tight & tense muscles.
  2. Muscle-lengthening techniques - stretching tight muscles to get a proper alignment/resting length.
  3. Awakening dormant muscles - activating muscles that have not been performing their duty.
  4. Strengthening weakened muscles - Integrating muscles into movements and re-educating them to work in conjunction/sync with other muscles.

After going through this four-step process, you will receive an individualized workout program designed to address and conquer debilitating pain.
